I'm Cynyassy.
I'm a storyteller, comic artist and social designer interested in making difficult feelings and complicated ideas easier to see.
The philosophy of Cynyassy
“A story worth telling is worth telling simply.”
That belief guides how I draw, write and design. Simplicity is not about making an idea smaller. It is about removing the barriers that stop someone from feeling it, understanding it or seeing themselves in it.
My story
Making space for honest, human stories.
I started making Cynyassy comics in 2018 and began publishing them on Instagram in 2019. What began as a way to make sense of my own thoughts became a growing collection about mental health, overthinking, self-belief, hope and the awkward little moments of being human.
My path has moved through Engineering Physics, teaching with Teach For India, publishing, marketing and Design for Social Innovation. Across those worlds, I kept returning to the same question: how can a story help someone notice what was previously difficult to see?
Cynyassy does not offer perfect answers. The comics create a small pause—a joke, a quiet conversation or Chaddi Man saying the thing we were all thinking but did not know how to say.
