I have fought a lot against my feelings. I have tried to shut them down, I have tried to distract myself, but they always find me.

And until I learnt how to listen to my feelings…I did not find peace. It’s only when I realized that I was running away from myself, that I realized I need to slow down and take some time to listen to myself.

Slow down, listen, share, and then deal with your feelings. Only then you will know what they are trying to say!

It might sound like a lot but it’s a small shift in the way you process. I hope you try it!
